Whenever facing a difficult choice between reducing costs or improving the consistency and/or flavor of our products, we ALWAYS choose Quality over cost. Superior Quality is how we attract and keep loyal Quality-oriented restaurateurs. Beyond our products, our Quality mindset drives us to be the best in everything we do.

Dependability

Because farming is difficult and can be unpredictable, Corto strives to always pack extra product to keep our loyal restaurateurs Dependably Supplied. In short years, we do not add new distributors, price gouge, or allow the hoarding of our products. We keep our brands Dependably flowing to our restaurateurs over time by ratably allocating (rationing) our inventory fairly across all our loyal distributors. At Corto, Dependability means keeping every promise we make, period.

Fairness To All

We strive to treat our loyal team, restaurateurs, distributors, growers, and suppliers with Equal Fairness. For example, we sell our brands to each of our distributors at the exact same price per case, regardless of their size. We do not play favorites, and we never discount our products. Similarly, because we treasure loyalty over size, we show our gratitude to every restaurateur End User by giving them a holiday gift!

Our long-term success depends on building Long-Lasting, Loyal Relationships with our like-minded team, restaurateurs, distributors, growers, and suppliers. That is why we are especially proud that many of our seasonal and year-round teammates have been with us for 10+ years. We understand that we must earn the Loyalty of our stakeholders.
