Corto and Stanislaus salute aspiring at-home pizzaiolas whose passion for innovation and LOVE FOR PIZZA compels them toward pursuing their own professional pizza career! That is why we have joined hands again with Pizza University and Christy Alia, founder/host of Women’s Pizza Month, to award scholarships to 5 aspiring home pizzaiolas to attend the Master Pizza Seminar of their choice at Pizza University in Baltimore, MD.

From a source of connection growing up to the foundation of her business today, pizza has shaped Suzanna’s path. Through Cielo’s Pizza, she’s building independence and opening doors for the next generation.

Amy founded Quail Street to offer home cooks a better alternative to mass-produced pizza dough. Rooted in local partnerships, she’s building a business shaped by sustainability and community. Now, she’s expanding with dry mixes made from regional grains to support regenerative agriculture and better health.

Long Island City, NY
Growing up in Brooklyn, pizza was always part of Rosalie’s life, but time away from New York deepened her appreciation for the craft. Now a pizzaiola at Traze Pizza, she’s honing her craft and working toward growing the women-owned pizzeria.

Maria is developing a line of functional pizzas that bring more vegetables and fiber into everyday meals, without compromising flavor. Through her catering business, Rio’s Woodfire, she’s working to bring them to more kitchens beyond her local market.
