Shipping Policy  

When will items purchased online be available?
Orders typically ship out within 2-3 Business days (not including weekends or U.S. Holidays) from the day they are placed.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or anywhere outside the contiguous United States.

 

Refund Policy  

All sales FINAL unless otherwise specified as part of a promotion or sale.

 

 

Manage your Orders  

How do I view my order?
    Access your account details by signing up or logging in here: https://corto-olive.myshopify.com/account/login.
    You can view your order history and access more details by clicking the order number at the left side of the column.
     
    How do edit my addresses?
      Access your account details by signing up or logging in here: https://corto-olive.myshopify.com/account/login.
      Under account details select ‘View Addresses’
      Edit your addresses by selecting ‘Edit’, click ‘Update Address’ to save your information.
       
      How do I add a new address?
        Access your account details by signing up or logging in here: https://corto-olive.myshopify.com/account/login.
        Under account details select ‘View Addresses’
        Select ‘Add a New a Address’, fill up your information and save by clicking ‘Add Address’ at the bottom.
         
        How do I log out?
          If you are logged in, on the top left navigation corner, select the ‘Log out’ button.

             

            Manage your Subscriptions  

            How do I access my subscription page?
              Access your account details by signing up or logging in here: https://corto-olive.myshopify.com/account/login.
              If you do not have an account click ‘Create One’ under the sign in button. 
              Fill out your information and click ‘Create’. Your account is now active and you can log in. 
              Scroll down to Account Details section and select Manage Subscription.
               
                How do I update my billing information?
                  Select ‘View details’ to show your account information, access the tab ‘Payment Information’.
                  On the top right corner, select the button ‘edit’ and then save your changes.
                   
                  How to change my billing or shipping address?
                    Select ‘View details’ to show your account information, access the tab ‘Address and shipping information’.
                    Click to open the tab and edit your ‘Shipping Address’ or ‘Billing Address’ with the ‘edit’ button bellow.
                     
                    How to skip upcoming shipments?
                      Select ‘View details’ to show your account information, access the tab ‘Manage upcoming orders’’.
                      On the right side, select ‘Skip order’ and your order will be skipped for the upcoming schedule.
                       
                      How to modify subscription product quantity?
                        To modify your total subscription quantity, access the tab ‘Products in your subscription’ and select on the top right corner the button ‘Edit quantity’. Save your changes by selecting ‘Update quantity’.
                          
                        How to modify individual upcoming order quantity?
                         
                        To modify only the upcoming subscription quantity and not all the other upcoming ones. Select the tab ‘Manage upcoming orders’ and edit the quantity on right side column. Save your changes by selecting ‘Update quantity’.
                         
                          How do I cancel my subscription?
                            Select ‘View details’ to show your account information, access the tab ‘Cancel Subscription’’. Confirm by selecting the button ‘Cancel Subscription’.
