  • Tasting Notes & Favorite Uses

Horseradish: The earthy flavor of horseradish root, perfectly balanced with fresh, Fall Harvest olives to create a harmonious olive oil. A decisive expression that cuts through, surprises, and inspires unforgettable dishes.

Our favorite applications: Drizzled over oysters and beef, roasted with root vegetables, and in creamy sauces or an olive oil martini.

Calabrian Chili: Aromas of garden fresh peppers, floral and herbaceous with green olive fruitiness. Crisp and clean mouthfeel with a nicely balanced kick of heat. A spicy olive oil with bright, fresh fruit flavor and complexity.

Our favorite applications: Calabrian Chili Olive Oil fried eggs, drizzled over chicken, seafood, or roasted sweet potatoes, and in sauces, dressings or an olive oil cocktail.

The Difference Begins at Harvest

Agrumato is rooted in tradition, enhanced with innovation, and driven by expression.

What is the Agrumato Method?
The Agrumato process simultaneously crushes fresh, seasonal ingredients with Fall Harvest olives, marrying the flavors together to create a harmonious and well-balanced olive oil.

The Agrumato Method is Not Infused
Infused oils are made by adding ingredients that are often not fresh (e.g. herbs, spices, citrus peels, or extracts) after the olive oil has been made, and may include artificial additives, preservatives, or coloring.
