The Agrumato process creates a beautiful blend of fresh oil and vibrant flavors. Simultaneously crushing fresh seasonal ingredients with Fall Harvest olives marries the flavors together, creating a harmonious and well-balanced olive oil. Capturing the freshness of each ingredient creates a sensational, complex, and multi-dimensional flavor experience you’ll want to drizzle over everything.

Unlike Agrumato method oils, "infused" oils are made by adding ingredients such as herbs, spices, citrus peels, or extracts after the olive oil has been made—ingredients that often aren’t fresh and may include artificial additives, preservatives, or coloring. This is why flavored oils tend to taste flat and one-dimensional in comparison.
