- 2 Tbsp Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil, plus more to drizzle
- 2 large eggs

Introduction
Frying eggs in Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil elevates both the flavor and texture of the eggs to a whole new level. Enjoy the eggs as is or serve on top of charred Ciabatta with avocado or over rice with an herb salad for the perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Directions
Place 8-inch pan on medium high heat, and add Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil. Crack in the eggs and cook for about 1 minute or until the edges start to crisp but the yolks still look runny. Place a lid on the pan, turn off the heat and wait about 25 seconds, then remove the lid and serve.
Enjoy the eggs as is or finish with sea salt and a drizzle of Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil. If desired, garnish with toasted sesame seeds or toasted nori.
