Ingredients
Makes 2 cocktails
Horseradish Olive Oil Washed Vodka
- 5 oz vodka
- 1 oz Agrumato-Method Horseradish Olive Oil
To Assemble and Serve
- 5 oz Horseradish Olive Oil Washed Vodka
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 2 dashes celery bitters (optional)
- Agrumato-Method Horseradish Olive Oil, to garnish
Directions
Horseradish Olive Oil Washed Vodka
In a small container, combine the vodka with the Agrumato-Method Horseradish Olive Oil and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 4 hours before placing into the freezer overnight. The next day, strain the vodka through a small sieve to separate it from the solidified oil. Return the vodka to the freezer until ready to use.
To Assemble and Serve
In a mixing glass, combine the Horseradish Olive Oil Washed Vodka, dry vermouth, celery bitters (optional), and a handful of ice cubes. Stir for 20 seconds, or until the outside of the glass is frosty. Strain and divide the cocktail into two chilled martini glasses. Top each martini with a couple drops of Agrumato-Method Horseradish Olive Oil to finish.
