  • fresh Hamachi (Yellow Tail)
  • TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • pine nuts, toasted
  • scallions, sliced
  • furikake
  • sea salt
  • soy sauce
  • fresh calamansi juice (or other citrus such as yuzu)
  • ginger, grated


  1. Slice the fresh Hamachi into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Add a generous helping of TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Season with all of the rest of the ingredients to taste!
  4. Serve with steamed sticky rice, with ginger grated over top.
