- fresh Hamachi (Yellow Tail)
- TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- pine nuts, toasted
- scallions, sliced
- sea salt
- soy sauce
- fresh calamansi juice (or other citrus such as yuzu)
- ginger, grated
- Slice the fresh Hamachi into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Add a generous helping of TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Season with all of the rest of the ingredients to taste!
- Serve with steamed sticky rice, with ginger grated over top.
