Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups whole grain rolled oats
- 3 cups whole milk, plus more for serving
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg, freshly ground
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 Tbsp pecans, chopped
- 1 Tbsp TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Optional: sea salt flakes
Directions
Add the oats, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to a medium saucepan and stir until well combined. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed, stirring regularly.
When the oatmeal has reached your desired consistency, remove from the heat and let stand for two minutes. Spoon your oatmeal into a bowl and top with a splash of milk, dollops of crème fraîche, a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds, pecans, and a drizzle of TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Finish with sea salt flakes if desired.
