- 2 shots espresso
- ½ cup whole milk (or alternative)
- 1-2 Tbsp TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Make espresso and pour it into a mug.
Warm milk to a temperature of 150 degrees F (hot to the touch but not simmering). Add 1-2 Tbsp TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the milk and froth to emulsify. This may be done with a steamer, a handheld frother, an electric whisk, or by shaking vigorously in a mason jar.
Pour milk and olive oil emulsion into the center of the espresso, ending with light foam.
