
Ingredients
- 2 jars Piccolo® Datterini Baby Plum Tomatoes
- 16 oz chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Method
Blend together 2 jars of Piccolo® Datterini Baby Plum Tomatoes including their juice with chicken stock and heavy cream. Heat. Add 2 Tbsp TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil at the end. Salt and pepper as preferred. Transfer to bowls, garnish with sprigs of fresh basil, drizzle with additional TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and serve immediately.
