
Ingredients
Raspberry Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt, to taste
- optional: 1 tsp honey
Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, stems removed
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1 clove garlic
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Maple Tahini Dressing
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
For the Raspberry Vinaigrette
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients to your preference. Try serving with a salad of radicchio, toasted almonds and blue cheese.
For the Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients to your preference. Try serving with a salad of butter lettuce, roasted chicken, feta, watermelon radish and avocado.
For the Maple Tahini Dressing
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust ingredients to your preference. Try serving with a salad of spring greens, pumpkin seeds, sliced cucumber, soft boiled eggs and pickled onions.
