Ingredients

Grilled Rustic Bread with Burrata
- 4 thick slices of rustic bread 4 oz assorted microgreens
- TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ of a lemon
- ¾ cup pear and raspberry preserves (see recipe below)
- 4 two-ounce portions of burrata
- Finishing salt
Raspberry Pear Preserves (optional)
- 3 medium pears
- 1 ½ cups raspberries
- ½ cup sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon ¼ tsp salt
Grilled Rustic Bread with Burrata
- Grill bread to your liking.
Directions
Grilled Rustic Bread with Burrata
In a bowl, toss the microgreens with a small amount of the TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
On the toast, spread a spoonful of preserves (optional) and then add a small handful of the microgreen salad. Top with the burrata.
Finish with a sprinkling of salt and a liberal amount of TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Raspberry Pear Preserves (optional)
Peel and dice the pears.
Combine the pears, raspberries, sugar, lemon and salt into a heavy pot on medium heat.
Stir to combine and bring to a boil, letting the sugar dissolve. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 40 minutes. Let the preserves cool completely before using.
