Yogurt Base
- 32 oz Greek yogurt
- zest of one lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon Verbena Dip
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp pistachios, crushed
- 1 large drizzle of Corto® Agrumato-Method Lemon Verbena Olive Oil
- flaky salt, to taste
For Serving
- sliced apples, pears, and kiwi berries
Directions
For the Yogurt Base:
Add Greek yogurt, lemon zest, salt, and TRULY® to a bowl. Mix until combined.
For the Lemon Verbena Dip:
Drizzle the honey and Agrumato-Method Lemon Verbena Olive Oil over the Yogurt Base. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and finish with flaky salt.
To Serve:
Serve with sliced apples, pears, and kiwi berries.
