Ingredients

Yogurt Base
- 32 oz Greek yogurt
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Calabrian Chili Dip
- 2 shallots, cut into rings
- 1/2 cup TRULY® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp crispy garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- cracked pepper, to taste
- 1 large drizzle Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil
- flaky salt, to taste
For Serving
- sliced bell peppers, crackers, pretzels
Directions
For the Yogurt Base:
Add Greek yogurt, lemon zest, salt, and TRULY® to a bowl. Mix until combined.
For the Calabrian Chili Dip:
Preheat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup TRULY® and the shallots. Stir regularly and cook for about 7 minutes. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 5 minutes, until shallots are golden brown. Remove from heat and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
Add half of the Yogurt Base to a serving bowl. Top with cooked shallots, crispy garlic, chili flakes, cracked pepper, and a drizzle of Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil. Finish with flaky salt.
To Serve:
Plate with sliced bell peppers, crackers, and pretzels.
