- 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate chips
- ¾ cup TRULY® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for greasing the pan and drizzling
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 5 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 13-inch cast iron pan with TRULY®. If you do not have a cast iron pan, use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In a small heatproof bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and TRULY®. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla for 2 minutes, until slightly thickened and glossy. Slowly whisk in the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined. Fold in the cocoa powder and kosher salt. Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 28-30 minutes, until the edges are set and the top is shiny and lightly cracked. Let cool until safe to handle. Slice and serve with pistachio ice cream, crushed pistachios, flaky salt, and a drizzle of TRULY®.
